Certified Fitness Trainer, NCEP
Coach Su is a NCEP certified personal trainer specializing in performance-focused coaching. As a former college volleyball player, a certified personal trainer (CPT/CPR), and a MAT degree, I fuse athletic experience with real-world teaching to help clients train smarter, move stronger, and take their progress far beyond the gym with the goal of teaching self sufficiency and mental resiliency. From athletes seeking an edge to anyone pursuing fitness goals, I deliver personalized sessions & programs that enhance strength, mobility, and overall health.
My goal is to teach safe, effective techniques that build lasting strength, enhance longevity, and train mental resilience. I empower my clients to become self-sufficient, so their progress continues far beyond our sessions.
